Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Maarz Organics, we aim to ensure a smooth and transparent process for exchanges and cancellations. Please review our policy below:
1. Exchange Policy
- Eligibility: Products purchased in-store or online can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase, provided you have the original receipt.
- Condition of Items: The product must be unused, with the price tag intact.
- Verification: Once our team verifies the product and receipt, you may select the product you wish to exchange it with.
- Price Adjustment: Exchanges are subject to price adjustment. The price at which you purchased the item will be considered during the exchange process.
- Online Orders:
- If your product was delivered via our online store and you wish to exchange it, please email our customer support within 30 days of purchase so we can handle your request promptly.
- Attach images of the defective product in your email. A verification call will follow to confirm the exchange.
- Defective Items:
- Exchanges are only possible if the product is defective.
- Contact our Customer Care at 0333-6915135 as soon as you receive your order if you find it defective.
- We will arrange for a a rider to collect the product. Upon verification at our warehouse, we will issue you a coupon of equal value, which can be used on our website.
- This entire procedure usually takes up to 7 business days.
2. Coupon Issuance
- For online purchases, once the defective product is verified, you will receive a coupon equal to the original product price.
- You can use this coupon for future online shopping with us.
- The coupon is valid from 15 days after issuance and may expire if not used within the specified timeframe.
3. Non-Exchangeable Items
- Sale product(s) are non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
4. Refunds
- Maarz Organics does not provide cash refunds in any case.
5. Order Cancellation
- Before Processing: You may cancel your order at any time before the order has been processed.
- Shipping Confirmation: Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
- After Shipment:
- As soon as the product is shipped, our exchange policy takes effect.
- No cancellations are permitted once the product is in transit.
- Right to Cancel: www.maarz.pk reserves the right to cancel orders for reasons including (but not limited to):
- The item is out of stock
- Pricing errors
- Credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution
Orders can be canceled at any time before processing. You will receive email updates regarding the shipment once it has been dispatched.
