Order Confirmation

Note: Your order is only confirmed via phone call. Please ensure your phone is switched on. If we cannot confirm the order after three call attempts, your order will be automatically canceled. (In most cases, customers who do not answer claim later that they never placed the order or it was a mistake. To save time, please cooperate by keeping your phone available.)

Order Processing Time
Normally, all items are sourced from our warehouse and prepared for dispatch within 3 to 5 working days, provided it is a business day. If an item is temporarily out of stock, our Customer Support Representative will contact you to inform you of the delay and provide an estimated dispatch date.
